Leadspicker founders

Vlastimil established his first company as an 18years old high-school student. Before Leadspicker, he was working as an Investment Manager at J&T Ventures, was involved in 10+ VC transactions and went through all the phases of venture capital.
He was also working as a senior associate at the World Bank Investment Readiness program. He has been sourcing early-stage projects for companies such as Cisco, Erste Bank, PwC, Telefonica, Konica Minolta and others since 2013. Previously, he worked at IBM as an account manager/tech. support for German-speaking accounts.
Studied International Business Management at Northwestern University in Basel, Switzerland, Finance, Accounting & Taxation at the University of Applied Sciences in Vienna and  International Trade at Saint Petersburg state the university of Economy, and Financial Management at the Brno University of Technology.
Vlastimil is also an ultra-light aircraft pilot in training, a former member of the Czech Judo national team, a judo black-belt, and an adventurer who traveled 10 000 km of the Trans-Siberian railway.

Jan is a programmer at heart who coded his first game at the elementary school and launched his first internet company when he was still in highs school. Before Leadspicker, had been working as a senior developer for the search engine company Seznam.cz (one of the few companies that are able to compete with Google, although only in the Czech and Slovak markets). He has also worked as a part of the team at the Natural language research group under the Faculty of information technologies of Brno University of Technology. His tasks consisted of design and implementation of data extractors from the public domain and closed sources (Thomson Reuters Web of Knowledge and such), they also included the implementation of semantic classifiers, which brought meaning to the data and level of certainty in order to automatically point out the duplication of scientific work.
